Senior Athletes – Images from Parents Military Weekend
At halftime of the Caissons football game against Fredricksburg Christian, MSG Mike Anson, Fishburne’s Athletic Director, honored the School’s senior athletes. Below are a few pictures from the event. Great work by all of our FMS Seniors!
Chet Berry, PFC, from Wayesboro, VA., is the starting QB on the football team and has been an excellent leader by example. Cadet Berry was excorted by his mother and father, Tom & Jane Berry
Andre Critchley, 2LT, from St. Louis, Missouri, is a third year all-purpose football player, and has made valuable contributions to the team at numerous positions. He was excorted by his mother and sister.
Glen Franklin, Corporal, from St. Louis, Missouri, is a defensive-back, and also plays on offense. He was escorted by his mother, Ms. Renee Brummell-Franklin
J. Paul Guiffre, PFC, from Fairfax, Virginia, plays outside linebacker and is responsible for several important defensive stops. He was escorted by his Mon and Dad.
Mark Iacovetta, 1Lt, of Alexandria, VA, plays defensive end and fullback. He was excorted by Melinda Morgan, FMS Student Activities Director.
William Tinney, 1LT, from Boston, MA., is Bravo Company Commander. He is a leader by example and captain on the football team.
Jon Vincent, PFC, is from Livingston, New Jersey. He plays safety and has been an important contributor to the defense. He was escorted by Asst. Superintendent, Mrs. Susan Johnson.
Jordan T. Wittig, 2Lt, from Waynesboro, VA., is the kicker and punter, and has performed well on the field. He was escorted by his mom, Tracy Gunn, and Coach Alec Gunn.
Matthew Tisdelle, Corps. BN. XO and National Honor Society member. Tisdelle is a 4th year shooter and Rifle Team Captain. He was escorted by his mother.
Christopher A. Sliger, Battalion Logistical Officer, is from Hedgesville, WV. He is a 1st Year Shooter on the Rifle Team. Cadet Sliger was escorted by his mother, Mrs. Lisa Dellinger.
Connor Smith, 2LT, Staff Officer is from Cordova, TN. Connor is a hard worker that has dropped his time on the Cross Country Team by nearly five minutes in only one year. He was escorted by Mrs. Debbie Todd, FMS Alumni Director.
Kyle Mullins, Corporal, is from Yorktown, VA. He is a Soccer team Co-Captain and leading defensive player. Kyle was escorted by Ms. Kelly Ashe.
Bryant Rigg, PFC, is from King George, VA. He is a Soccer Team Co-Captain, and an excellent all-around skill player. He was escorted by Mr. Eric & Mrs. Laura Adams.
Devin Shea, PFC, is from East Islip, NY. His speed and energy on the pitch was unmatched. Devin was a tenacious and aggressive soccer player. Devin was escorted by Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Shea.
Riley Vick, 1LT, is from South Kingstown, RI., and played defense on the Soccer Team. Riley was escorted by his family.
