Leadership starts with you

CSM Russel Wilder from Basset High School came to Fishburne to conduct a leadership presentation, the theme of which was leadership starts with you.

Using the acronym L.E.A.D.E.R.S.H.I.P., he highlighted several ways the cadets could improve their leadership skills. He was a charismatic speaker who maintained the interest of the corps throughout his entire presentation. Cadets were as much involved in the lecture as the Command Sergeant Major himself. Cadets were participating in this discussion/lecture the whole time.

After returning from break cadets were feeling a little down, leaving home again; however afterward the cadets left the presentation feeling renewed in their commitments to the corps.
