Lacrosse Battles Hargrave

Chatham, VA – The Caissons traveled down to Chatham on Monday and played Hargrave in an aggressive, rain-soaked match.

The Caissons started strong amidst the downpour with goals from Bobby Palermo (Huntingtown, MD) and Sam Wickstrom (Chester, VA). Additionally, Caisson goalie David Eldredge (Carver, MA) made several key stops to keep the Caissons tight upon their opponents’ heels.

In the end, Hargrave proved the more experienced team and came away with the win, however, Zachariah Moss (Culpeper, VA) scored a buzzer beater in the final seconds of the game for his first goal of the season.
