2. Through dedicated teamwork and a constant drive for perfection 1st Sergeant Royce Pinner is hereby awarded Noncommissioned Officer of the Month for the month of September 2011. You are a credit to the position of 1st Sergeant and the Corps of Cadets.
You are both entitled to the following

2. 10 Commandant Merits
3. One special meal
4. One Four Day Pass from 1830 Thursday to 1900 Monday
