Fishburne Military School Seniors Racking Up Acceptances

BC Harrold McCoo now faces a wonderfully tough question: Army or Navy?

Spring is here and college acceptance letters at Fishburne Military School are beginning to pile up with cadets earning admission to some of the nation’s top Colleges and Universities. Leading the charge for the Caissons is Battalion Commander Harrold McCoo, who has now been accepted to BOTH West Point and the Naval Academy. Other colleges for the class of 2014 include Purdue, UVA, Virginia Tech, Virginia Military Institute, Penn State and dozens others. Although a few cadets are still waiting to hear back from their chosen colleges, Fishburne Military School is well on its way to maintaining its perfect 100% Acceptance Rate, which has held for at least the past decade.

Fishburne Military School is the oldest and smallest of all military schools for boys in Virginia. Its college-prep curriculum is built upon the structure of an army JROTC program. Boasting a 100% college-acceptance rate for the past 10 consecutive years, FMS has also been designated as a JROTC Honor Unit with Distinction and may nominate qualified candidates to the United States Service Academics.
