ACL tear ends promising sophomore season for Taylor

Alabama-Birmingham’s fortunes seemed to rise and fall with those of sophomore point guard Quincy Taylor (FMS ’10).

Taylor averaged 3.6 points per game with 14 assists and 18 turnovers in UAB’s first five Conference-USA games. He averaged 8.1 points per game with 33 and 26 turnovers in the next 10 games
