Caissons Make Strong Showing at Home Invitational

Woonjo Ahn and Jim Wright led the Caissons cross country team to a 4^th place finish at the 10^th Annual Fishburne Cross Country Invitational.

The runners completed a 5,000 meter course at Coyner Springs.

Several of our runners were injured and unable to compete, or hobbled with minor injuries.  We are hopeful of being healthy and at full strength for the Virginia Independent Conference Meet Saturday, October 26, 1200.

Each runner who finished earned a personal record or very close to it.
