Caissons Football Update
Fishburne 42, Hyde 33
After being behind for most of the first half, and with Fishburne leading 36-33 with two minutes remaining and Hyde driving the ball, the Caissons held on for a key win in a conference matchup with Hyde Leadership School in Washington D.C. This was the homecoming game for Hyde, so their team and fans were jacked up for this game.
Fishburne is 2-2 overall, and 2-0 in the Capital Area Football Conference.
This Friday Fishburne will host Roanoke Catholic at home, 4 p.m. This is a big game for us because even though we’ve come close to beating them in recent years, we have not yet been able to seal the deal.
