Fishburne Military School will be hosting a Lacrosse Showcase with Nicholas Mihailoff (Regional Director of US LAX) this weekend on Anderson Field. This is an open invitation to lacrosse players in grades 7 -12 throughout the region. Events will include: rebounders in lieu of goalies; 6X6; 20-min scrimmages; mixed teams; and skill competitions.

At the Covenant Invitational Cross Country meet in Charlottesville, VA, the Fishburne Military School (Waynesboro, VA) Caissons broke a number of personal records and earned a respectable showing on the team scoreboard. Fishburne finished sixth (ahead of Liberty Christian School, Middleburg Academy and Stuart Hall School). The next meet for the Caissons is at nearby Coyner Springs on October 17th.

The Fishburne Military School Key Club along with Waynesboro High School Key Club helped bring some colorful fun to to local kids during Waynesboro’s annual Kite Day. Sixteen FMS Key Club members assisted with helping children prepare and fly paper kites. The annual event has been a Waynesboro, VA favorite since its inception in 2006.
