Caissons Soccer Makes Playoffs!!!
The Caisson Soccer team will travel to Carlisle on Tuesday afternoon to face the #1 ranked Chiefs in the first round of the VIC tournament. Please congratulate the soccer players on this accomplishment. According to Athletic Director MSG Mike Anson this is the first time Fishburne has been in the VIC tournament in 12 years.

Fishburne Military School’s Color Guard was honored with an invitation to present the colors at the grand opening of NewDay USA’s new headquarters. NewDay USA also sponsors a Fishburne Scholarship awarded to the sons of American Heroes wounded or killed in action.

Woonjo Ahn and Jim Wright led the Caissons cross country team to a 4th place finish at the 10th Annual Fishburne Cross Country Invitational…Each runner who finished earned a personal record or very close to it.

The Fishburne Military School Key Club traveled to Doswell, Va, on Saturday, for the annual Capital District Key Club Fall Rally held at Kings Dominion. Eight of the club’s members along with the Division 5B Lt. Governor, Logan Amico, also from FMS, attended the event.

On a wet day in Woodstock Virgina, Fishburne Military School improved its record to 6-0 by defeating Massanutten Military Academy 40-6. With this victory the Caissons also returned Saber Cup to Waynesboro for the first time in 6 years.

Fishburne Military Schools was unable to take the Raiders “A” team to the Harrisonburg Invitational because many team members were taking the SAT; so the “B” and “C” teams had to compete against other school’s “A” teams.

Fishburne Military School traveled to Front Royal Virginia and defeated Randolph Macon Academy 42-41 in overtime. It was a very competitive and hard fought football game and the Caissons prevailed.
