Late last week Fishburne’s JROTC Department received a letter from the United States Army Cadet Command’s 4th Brigade Headquarters stating: “Congratulations on being selected for this prestigious event! In accordance with the Brigade Commander’s guidance, this competition has been designed to be challenging and rewarding for all BoB teams; some events will be modified to enhance physical challenges, and to encourage critical thinking.”
