Two Pitchers Team Up As Fishburne Military School Varsity Baseball Shuts Out Roanoke Catholic

Holden Sandridge led Fishburne to victory by driving in four runs. He went 3-for-4 at the plate, driving in runs on a home run in the first and a double in the sixth.

Fishburne Military Military captured the lead in the first inning when Wally Harris grounded out, scoring one run.

The Caissons added four runs in the sixth inning. The big inning was driven by a single by Dylan Bell and a double by Sandridge.

Tyree Scott earned the win for Fishburne. He threw five innings, giving up zero runs, two hits, and striking out seven.

In all the Caissons collected nine hits. Sandridge and Bell each collected multiple hits for Fishburne. Fishburne didn’t commit a single error in the field. Tyler Dolin had ten chances in the field, the most on the team.

Fishburne Military Caissons Varsity Grabs Lead In Fifth Inning For Victory Over Covenant

The Fishburne Military School Varsity Baseball team took the lead late in the game in a 13-3 victory over Covenant on Friday. The game was tied at three with FishburneFishburne Military School (Waynesboro, VA) Baseball remains undefeated batting in the top of the fifth when Holden Sandridge singled to drive the go-ahead run.

Holden Sandridge led the Caissons by driving in four runs, going 3-for-4 at the plate. Sandridge drove in runs on a single in the third, a single in the fifth, and another single in the fifth.

Wally Harris earned the win for Fishburne Military School. He pitched five innings, surrendering three runs, three hits, and striking out six.

In all, Fishburne Military School collected 14 hits. Harris, Sandridge, Tyler Allen, and Dylan Bell each collected multiple hits for the Caissons. Sandridge and Harris each managed three hits to lead Fishburne to victory.
