Fishburne Military School’s Parents Military Weekend (PMW) celebrates cadet achievements and brings parents from all around the country come to Fishburne. PMW is always a fun time for everyone involved and showcases the work that the Corps of Cadets has put into Drill and Ceremony, Academics, and Athletics.

Fishburne Military School XC Still Rolling

On Friday, the Fishburne Military School Cross Country team finished 2nd at the Miller School Invitational in Crozet (VA). The cross country team was missing its 2nd, 4th, and 5th runners due to PMW activities which meant other runners needed to step up and they did.

Fishburne Military School XC Staying Strong

Senior Hunter Jennings paced the team with a medal-winning, sixth-place finish in a field of 118 runners. Senior captain James Wright missed a medal by one spot with an 11th place finish. Sophomore Solomon Adams finished 19th overall.

Caissons Battle RMA to Bitter End

The Caissons went into Friday’s game against Randolph Macon 0 and 3, but you wouldn’t have thought that watching the first quarter.

The game started with the Yellow Jackets taking over at the 20. After a first down they were forced to punt. The Caissons took full advantage as Quarterback Tyler Braun led an efficient drive that resulted in a Quesan Napier rushing touchdown.

Fishburne Military School Cross Country Undefeated Still

On Friday at the Presbyterian Home Course hosted by Virginia Episcopal School, the Caisson Cross Country team improved to 3-0 in dual meets this season. Fishburne defeated EC Glass (Lynchburg City School) 18-42 and shut out conference foe Virginia Episcopal School (VES) 15-48.
